※Item Details
The Vic Firth Robert van Sice Series feature two different of mallets: Mono-Tonal and Multi-Tonal. The M112 soft marimba mallets are in the Mono-Tonal rubber cores wrapped with layers of yarn with varying tension between layers, allowing little contact noise. The M112 produces fat, broad sounds that carry throughout the concert hall without becoming muffled or dark sounding.

The M112 feature long maple shafts for extra reach at larger intervals, which is great for modern marimba music, and are a great choice as a soft mallet in a graduated set.
