指力練習器

AHF-03的每個手指按鍵的力度式可以調整的，

力度範圍為4LB～7LB。原廠設定為最小力度-4LB。

如要增加力度，請按照箭頭方向旋轉每個齒輪，直到聽到『啪』的一聲，即為最大的力度-7LB。

如要增加力度，請按照箭頭反方向旋轉齒輪，直到聽到『啪』的一聲，即為最小的力度-4LB。

 

注意事項

從低阻力、慢節奏、少次數的反覆開始練習。按住每個位置並保持3-5秒後放鬆，反覆5～10次。

這樣的練習逐漸增加至3組(每組10次)。當阻力提昇也按此方法逐漸練習。

當您感覺到疼痛或者疲勞時，應馬上停止練習。

和所有的鍛鍊一樣，強度過大或者方法錯誤，都可能導致疼痛或者肌肉拉傷。

因此應該小心逐漸式的提高您練習強度和每根手指的力度。
