KORN drummer Ray Luzier's favorite sticks growing up were Vic Firth 5Bs and ROCKs - so it totally makes sense that his signature stick is a hybrid between the two. He plays loud and aggressively, with a big Moeller technique, and these sticks are excellent for that style of playing.

The shaft of this stick is a thick 5B while the large oval tip and short taper come directly from ROCKs, giving you sticks that are very front-heavy, durable, and loud on the drum set, while not feeling too bulky. The butts are rounded for comfort in case your sticks slide up mid-song.

These sticks are made from hickory, a wood that balances flexibility and strength very well. A lacquer surface coating gives them an extra-smooth feel.
